Unravel the mystery of a town in the middle of the United States that imprisons anyone who enters it. As residents struggle to maintain a sense of normalcy and search for a way out, they must also survive threats from the surrounding forest. The town set was built specifically for the series on North Beaver Bank in Nova Scotia. The site, known as Beaver Bank Villa, has a long history, and many years ago housed housing units, a community center, fire station, school, church, grocery store, etc.
They drop a rope on him
(all demolished in 2004) to support workers at a nearby military radar base that was in operation in the 1950s and 1960s. The paved streets and pathways were all that remained, and the fake town was built on top of them. When Boyd enters a distant tree, he finds himself at the bottom of a well. When Boyd emerges from the well, Martin is the only one in the room and is chained to the wall.
Very suspenseful series
Martin did not throw the rope. Featured in Half in the Bag: 2022 Mid-Year Catch-Up Part 1 (TV shows) (2022). Que Sera, Sera (Whatever Will Be, Will Be) written by Jay Livingston and Ray Evans and performed by The Pixies. Good narrative.
Good horror TV
Good characters as most of them have common sense. Bloody as hell in places. Lots of mysterious things to think about. I really enjoyed the first season and hope they make another one.
There aren’t many good horror series left
This one is good in my opinion.
