Working Hard!
Haven’t you been told, “work you will succeed in Life”? Is that True?
I don’t know what your experiences are… Mine are quite contradictory! I found that the harder I worked the more tired I felt and the lesser the satisfaction with the results I got!
The wisest man who ever lived, King Solomon, wrote “The fastest runner doesn’t always win the race, and the strongest warrior doesn’t always win the battle. The wise sometimes go hungry, and the skillful are not necessarily wealthy. And those who are educated don’t always lead successful lives. It is all decided by chance, by being in the right place at the right time” – Ecclesiastes 9:11 Bible – New Living Translation.
We also quote all the verses and chant our affirmations and mantras of success. Yet the elusive success seems to be like a secret known to a chosen few!
What is missing in your life really? What is the ONE thing that if you found the KEY to it, it would not only change your life for good, you would be happier, healthier, kinder, friendlier and somehow ‘human’ being and God-like than being harried half beast od burden pushing, shoving and climbing over piles of useless waste in your haste to get more, eat more, have more than your brothers, sisters, friends, parents, cousins, relatives and everybody else?
How do you define your success? In belief? In piousness? In faith? In self-denial? In Money? In wealth? Or maybe with the number of people you have trampled down to get what you want?
There must be a better way! Find out in our next blog……
